ABOUT US

The JArden Company is a student-run Cooperative, operated by St. Mother Teresa's Grade 12 Business Leadership class, and mentored by The Junior Achievement Organization (JA). JA guides the students in:

       -Fostering leadership skills

       -Identifying business opportunities

       -Setting goals

       -Developing a business plan

       -Creating marketing strategies

       -Launching the product

       -Reporting to shareholders

       -And writing an annual report

As high school students, we are fortunate enough to learn about business through JA, and operating our own company.

The JArden Company is focused on promoting positivity in today's society through a more environmentally friendly environment. Our product is aesthetically pleasing and made out of 100% recyclable material, making it the perfect conversation piece for your home or office. However, not only is the JArden good for the environment, but it supports it too! 10% of all proceeds go to TreeCanada, an organization that is focused on reforesting our country. Our hope is to re-plant the trees that were cut down behind St. Mother Teresa High School last fall!
